Jerry Lyons has been an active REALTOR® for more than 30 years, the first seven as an agent and has been an Owner/Broker ever since. Besides being the Owner/Broker of Shambeau & Lyons Real Estate, Jerry has developed several subdivisions in the City of Waupaca and surrounding Townships and has developed and built a 48 unit condominium project in Waupaca. He also built many new homes in the area and renovated many older homes.
Currently he serves on the Board of Directors of the REALTORS® Association of Northeast Wisconsin, as a Director and sits on the Executive Committee as Past President of the Association.
He is also a Director for the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association, is a member of the Association's Executive Committee and Chairman of the Public Policy Committee.
Jerry represents the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association as a Director for the National Association of REALTORS®, where he serves on several committees.
Locally, he has served on the Historic Preservation Committee, the Airport Board and is Chairman of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Waupaca. Jerry belongs to the Waupaca Lions Club, Waupaca Nomads and works with the local Habitat for Humanity group. He has also been a supporter of the River Ridge Trail Committee, Waupaca Area Youth Hockey Association and the Waupaca Fine Arts Festival for many years.
